What this covers
These terms apply to the BlueScript software, this website and the account you use to sign in. Using any of them means you accept them.
Your licence
A key grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use BlueScript. It binds to one host-platform account at a time. You may move that binding yourself from your account page.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense or publish your key.
- Redistribute, decompile or repackage the software.
- Attempt to bypass licensing, update or protection mechanisms.
A key found in use on more than one host-platform account, or published anywhere, may be suspended.
Availability
BlueScript is provided as-is. It depends on third-party software and on a game that changes without notice, so it may stop working at any time. No uptime is guaranteed and no particular feature is promised to keep working.
Risk
Modifying an online game carries risk, including restriction or loss of your game account. You accept that risk. Nothing here is a guarantee against detection or action by the game's publisher.
Suspension
A licence may be suspended for breach of these terms. Where the breach is ambiguous you will be told what was observed and given a chance to answer, through the support channel.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the support channel before they take effect.
