What is collected
Only what is needed to run a licence and support it:
- Your licence key, and the host-platform account id it is bound to.
- Check-in records: time, IP address, and the build version in use.
- Accumulated playtime, as a total and per day.
- If you create an account: your Discord account id, display name and avatar.
What is not collected
No game content, no chat, no files from your computer, no keystrokes and no payment details. Signing in with Discord requests only your identity; it gives no access to your messages, your servers or your email.
Why
To enforce one licence per person, to deliver the correct build, to support you when something breaks, and to detect keys being shared.
Retention
Check-in and security records are kept on a rolling window and age out automatically. Deleting your account removes the account record; your licence and its history are unaffected.
Sharing
Nothing is sold or passed to advertisers. Data sits on the server that runs the service. Discord receives only what is inherent in signing in with Discord.
Your choices
You can delete your account at any time by asking in the support channel; your key keeps working. To stop data being collected entirely, stop using the software.
